Management Strategy of Educational Institution Wealth in Improving School Quality

Background
How is wealth management at MIS Tahfidz Al-Marjan North Jakarta in improving the quality of education and human resources.
Purpose
To identify and analyze wealth management at MIS Tahfidz Al-Marjan North Jakarta and its impact on educational quality.
Research Methodology
This research uses a qualitative case study approach with interview techniques and participant observation. Data analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing as well as triangulation for data validity.
Result
The results show that wealth management at MIS Tahfidz Al-Marjan North Jakarta is carried out systematically and communicatively by the foundation, principal, and teachers. Funding sources come from tuition fees, canteen cooperation, and school facility development. Assets include land, buildings, classrooms, laboratories, school health units, and operational vehicles. Management is used for school operations, teacher salaries, maintenance of facilities, and improving human resource quality through training. This strategy increases institutional effectiveness, work motivation, teacher competence, learning quality, and student enrollment through the application of the At-Tibyan method and structured and sustainable lesson planning.
Conclusion
Good wealth management improves educational quality, teacher competence, and learning quality at MIS Tahfidz Al-Marjan North Jakarta.
