Result
The findings indicate that the implementation of self-management strategies through guidance and counseling services has begun to produce positive changes in the disciplinary behavior of eighth-grade students at Al Mukhtar Junior High School. Students demonstrated improvements in punctuality, proper school uniform appearance, and compliance with school regulations. These improvements were influenced by the students' ability to exercise self-control, set behavioral goals, and independently evaluate their actions. Although the changes were not yet significant for all students, there was clear evidence of increased self-awareness. Internal factors, such as motivation, and external factors, including support from guidance and counseling teachers, played important roles in the success of the behavioral change process.
Conclusion
Self-management strategies effectively improve students' disciplinary behavior gradually through strengthened self-control and continuous guidance and counseling services.
